OMG..... so today me and the whole make-it crew went down to the west side of st. paul and went to the big 5th of may celebration........ there was an over abundance of activities to do.... and im glad that the make-it crew was able to be part of it.. what we did there is we showed kids how to make Thaumatropes, inferred goggles, and pin hole camera's...... The whole day was going quite well... excepted that it was kinda windy.... but we handled that by putting rocks that we brought on everything..... but then to make matters worse it started to rain..... so we had to pack up and head back to the museum... but oh well the time we had there was tons of fun..... hope to do it next year!!!!!!!!

Old people!But young at heart!!!!
Well the past 2 Wednesdays our make-it team has been meeting up with elderly people from all around..... this was because we were teaching them most of our projects because wee then went to the rivers and taught little kids all the cool stuff!!!!!!!! it was all good fun.... i enjoyed working with my elderly people alot and I ope we do it again very soon!!!!!

Well this past weekend our team was trying to get over 68 people to come and try our project so that we can go ice skating,so we decided to do 4 projects on the floor and it went great!!!!!we also tryed 2 new projects aswell!!!!!!balloon powered cars,and rubber band boats,and they both went great!!!!!espectaly the balloon cars we got 68 people exactly!!!!well thats all the tme i got 4 2day--------lil_john-------logging out----

UP, UP,And AWAY!<S>
SO today me and my fellow make-it crew members were up on the 3rd floor and we decided to do 2 projects today,and those were straw rockets and kaleidoscopes and it was REALLY busy today for some reason and I was the safety guy for the straw rockets.But not only was I that but I also had to had to help out with the rest of the visitors that were working on the kaleidoscopes cause there was nobody available so I thought that I should help So it was kinda crazy but it went o.k. in the end!!!!!!And then we switched with the rest of the group and watched me, Keng , And Patty on the TV to show us what we could work on better next time and next time I learned that if a visitor doesn't wanna work on the project that were doing then I should tell them about other places in the museum and I think that it is a very good!!!!!!!!!

Well today we went on the 3rd floor of the Science Museum of Minnesota and showed little kids how to make thaumatropes and we did our costics activity aswell !!!! We did this activty in different groups. The first group that was up on the floor was

Liz and CindeeAnd it was really fun and I taught alot of people!!!

WELL this week so far is going ok.....my homie mike b. is back, cause hes been gone for FOOTBALL!!!! but now the season is over: ( But oh well!!!!!so yeah today we played a game and it actualy had to do with the blog!!!!!but yeah it was all about what we should be able to and not able to do on the blog cause alot of people were getting bored with doing the sameold stuff over and over again,but now we might be starting to blog about other stuff as well other then what we've been bloging about!!!!

Making Paper Nebulae
In this project you will be making an image that looks like a real Nebula!!!In this process you will first start out with your materials (1 pipet, 1 black sheet or paper, clear nail polish, 1 casserole dish) and you will end up with an amazing final product. You start out with an ordinary black piece of paper and end up with a cool rainbow/nebula design.
The science behind a nebula and this project is that a nebula is a huge cloud of gaseous ( mostly hydrogen Alpha and Beta) materials mixed in with interstellar dust.The term "nebula" in Latin means "Cloud" and people say they are the gems of the sky cause they are so beautiful but also quiet rare to see.

rockets, rockets,and more rockets!!!
Well 2day was our second time doing rockets on the floor and I got the hang of it totaly now cause its really easy and MOST of the litttle kids cooperate,BUT there are also those kids that dont listen and the just do what ever they want and thats really starting to get on my nerves! ! ! ! !But besides all that stuff Ive come up with another way to help the little kids out...I think its good if I show them how to shoot the rockets it helps them out alot cause then I help them out and it worked out pritty good!!!!!

PAPER MUMMIES
Well last sat. the makeit crew had to do a name gaame cause we have a new memeber in the crew and her name is hannah and she seems like a very nice girl!!!But yeah the name game was a game were we all had to throw these balls and say the name of the person we were gonna throw it to and it actually went ok!!!then after that we all did a group activity which was kinda fun.....We wraped each other up just like we were mummies!!!!It it was pretty cool

Well......
Today is wednsday, the 4th of October and today i was supose to be blogging on the science buzzz website but i dont have a pass word and that bogus!!!but ne ways We listened to this interview on travis's iPod and to me it was kinda lame!!!!cause the lady that was getting interviewed had an extremely lame and boring voice it just to me wasnt all the cool of a thing!!!well thats what we did so far and hopefuly at the end of the day well be able to do a tuge of war!!!!
