I’m making an art car that has leaves and animals to look like a forest. I thought of the idea to make a rain forest car because I like the jungle. Then I thought of the idea of making animals. |

I have a idea of having a blue and green light shine through the leaves and a bird flying over the light. Then I will have monkeys sticking out of the window saying noises. |

I’m going to have two big wheels in the back and two small wheels in the front. This will make it look like a jeep. I want it to look like a jeep because jeeps go in the jungle sometimes.
Today I made a motion to go with my art car. The motion has a bird on top to go over the car.

Today I painted my art car gray to show the leaves. Next I well put my notes on my web page.

Today I programmed my cricket to turn a light on and off. Then the light would shine through the the top of my art car. To help people understand that my art car is a forest car, I’m going to have a bird fly over the back of my art car.

I made a new motion that had more power because the last one had less power. I used a worm gear attached to a medium regular sized gear. Now I have more power and my motion works a lot better. The bird goes on the end of my axle. When the motor goes around it makes the axle go up and then to the side, down and to the other side. The bird gets attached to the axle. It makes the bird look like it’s flying across the back of the car.
I put green tissue paper over the top of the car so that I can put a light inside and it will make it look like green light is coming out when the bird flies over the car.

I got my axle working and mad a bird out of play dough to go with my art car.

| Im almost finished with my car my last bird broke so I made a new bird out of foam and glued my leafs on.
