When we started this project Michelle’s character was a human and mine was a dog. I thought that my partner and I should make a movie about a girl who gets a dog and she loses the dog, Later she finds it in the woods and goes home.
There were lots of big and small problems that my partner and I had to face. A big problem was when we took pictures. Our hands got in the pictures, characters’ body parts fell off, the camera got into a different position from the time before. My partner and I solved the problems by being patient, making the surface flat enough so the characters could stay on the board, and last was to mark the floor where the camera position was with color plastic tape.
Our finished project is a little different from our original idea because our original didn’t work out. Our project changed two times before it was done.
I learned a lot when I was working on this project. I learned how to download the pictures to the computer, to the iMovie, how to make stop motion characters, and record sounds to make the characters look like they are talking.
